Hi, I'm Ellen.

Crafting was always something I enjoyed as a hobby. Friendship bracelets, dream catchers, painting, you name it. And growing up, I had one extra day of school than most - Saturday Chinese school.

The best part of those days? The afternoon cultural classes. Enter Chinese knotting.

Macramé has been a fun way to merge the decorative knotting concepts I've learned both from eastern and western cultures. It's allowed me to continue my crafting journey and to creatively design my own pieces with the knots I have learned so far.
